Moondance Diner - New York - Review

Thought you might be interested to see a few shots from around the office...it's *big* (well, as most things tend to be out here) ;) -
New York #99
New York #100
New York #101
- for lunch we went to the Moondance Diner (again on the Avenue of the Americas, it being one block from where the office is), a real throwback to New York of old, described as a "Greasy spoon" by one of my colleages, and "fun" by another (to general agreement)... ;)
New York #102
- you might recognise it, it was used as the set for the location where the love interest in the recent Spiderman movies worked (discontentedly) -
New York #104
New York #103
- so how could I *not* have the their signature dish - the "Spiderman" burger (with Onion rings on the side and blue cheese topping)... ;)
New York #105
Well, as burgers go, it was merely serviceable, still *very* good, but it isn't going to better certain other burger experiences anytime soon, the irreplacable bit of the experience was the little something added by the movie link...I'll have to dig that DVD out when I get home... ;)
